Skilled Occupational Therapy at Great Lakes Physical Medicine, LLC

At Great Lakes Physical Medicine, we now have the ability to treat a variety of complicated upper or lower extremity injuries as well as chronic surgically managed back injuries.

In our last blog we introduced Kyle Kish, OT to the practice. 

To reiterate, Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of Ohio, provides a diverse knowledge with focus on holistic approaches to pain management, as well as a sincere interest in optimizing one's level of independence with day-to-day activities or occupations. It also can help promote proper ergonomics and biomechanics to help prevent injury or dysfunction.

In addition, acquired conditions from BWC/Workers Compensation injuries can also be treated. This can include a range of conditions, but some examples include aggravation of degenerative changes, loss of use or flow through injuries due to compensatory overuse.
